Approaching Dominican Republic by SeaI am now in a countdown mode to Puerto Rico.
On Saturday, around noon, I should be in San Juan again. I was there once before: in January this year while cruising Caribbean with my daughter. So tomorrow we shall take a virtual, picture stroll of Old San Juan, but today we are to spend a few hours in the Dominican Republic's Casa del Campo resort, visit Altos de Chavon, a village for artists and craftsmen with its totally fake "Mediterranean" architecture - supposedly a replica of a XVI century Italian village - and than have lunch at the yacht harbor.
